How It Works—and Why It Works
Our coaching program is straightforward: attend the calls, complete the exercises, and apply what you learn. It’s that simple—and it’s been working for over 10 years. Every client who follows this process sees results. Period. We’ve never had a client fail when they stick with it.

That said, change can be challenging. At first, you might notice yourself resisting—maybe showing up late, skipping prep, or hesitating to implement new ideas. That’s okay. We’ve seen it before, and we’ll give you the grace and support you need to push through. Success isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process. If you do what other successful people do, you’ll create a new path for yourself—and we’ll be with you the whole way.

Call Logistics
Initial Client Discovery Call: A 90-minute session with a 10-minute break halfway through to keep you focused and energized.
Regular Coaching Calls: Each call lasts 45 minutes. All calls are scheduled in advance to fit your calendar.
Platform: We use Zoom as our preferred platform (phone calls are an option if Wi-Fi issues arise).

Scheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling or Canceling: Need to adjust your call time? Simply email us at least 24 hours in advance. For example:
If your call is scheduled for Thursday at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), your email must be sent by Wednesday at 9:00 AM EST.
Punctuality: Calls start and end on time, with a 5-minute grace period for technical difficulties. This ensures fairness for you, your coach, and other clients.
Missed Calls: Missed appointments are non-refundable. However, we’ll reallocate that time to our scholarship program, supporting a future Remodeler of America with a coaching credit.

Getting the Most Out of Your Coaching
No Driving: For your safety and focus, driving during calls is not allowed.
Quiet Space: We recommend a private, distraction-free environment to maximize your experience.
Be Prepared: Arrive ready to engage—this is your time to grow!

Our Refund Policy
​Coaching Packages: Once we’ve had your Initial Client Discovery Call, your package is non-refundable. Why? Because that’s when the real work begins, and we’re all in for your success. We’ve never had a client who stuck with it not see results—it works if you do.
Discovery Call Option: We get it—starting something new can feel big. That’s why during the Initial 90-minute Discovery Call, you’ve got a chance to see if this is right for you. If you decide it’s not your time to push forward, just email us before the call ends. You’ll get an 85% refund—no hard feelings, no hassle. The remaining 15% stays with us as fair compensation for the valuable time and prep we put into that call on your behalf. As a business owner, you know how much goes into showing up ready to deliver—think of it as honoring that effort. Plus, it helps us keep supporting the remodeling community.
